The international project week aims at conveying practical skills and theoretical know-how in project management, cross-cultural patterns, technical sales, intercultural communication and interpersonal/social skills.

  • Mixed interdisciplinary, international students teams
  • International guest lecturers from our partners and Aschaffenburg UAS with different fields of specialisation in areas of international business management and technical sales
  • Intensive project work in a beautiful setting combined with an attractive programme
  • The working language and language of instruction is English
  • The opportunity to gain 2 ECTS during the international project week for undergraduate students from Aschaffenburg UAS and partner universities

Assessment international students

2 ECTS will be awarded upon successful participation of the international project week. Students will be evaluated based on their participation in the respective projects (pass/fail).


Students from our (Erasmus) partner universities will not pay any
programme or tuition fees.

Accommodation and travelling as well their subsistence during that stay have to be organized and financed by the participants themselves. Special price conditions for 2-, 3- and 4- bed rooms are available in the hotel next to our campus (hotel Olive Inn) for students with prices starting from 30 Euro/night in a four bed room.

If you are an undergraduate student studying subjects related to Business Administration or International Technical Sales Management, please apply online by 15 February 2018 (limited places available).

Tue-Thu morning project work under the supervision of the guest lecturer
Tue-Thu afternoon independent group work
Wednesday afternoon company visit
Thursday evening social evening meeting
Friday morning presentation of the projects & closing session
Friday afternoon 2.00 pm official end


Interested students have the chance to choose from diffrent Project Works offered during our International Project Week. Registration for preferred project is possible within application.

Description of Project Works

Aschaffenburg UAS

Our beautiful campus is within walking distance of the city centre (10
min) and there is a regular bus connecting the train station with our
campus. Aschaffenburg can be easily and directly reached from Frankfurt
airport and Frankfurt main station (approx. 30 min, direct train); the
airport Frankfurt Hahn (budget airlines) can also be reached via bus/train (1.5 h)
